Fixsure LLC (“Fixsure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides FretMaster, a guitar fretboard learning application, and this website. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use FretMaster or visit this website.

Information handled by the FretMaster app

FretMaster does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or payment information.

The app stores learning information locally on your device so that it can show your progress and personalize review activities. This information may include experience points, completed lessons and fretboard regions, practice attempts and correct answers, note-performance totals, best streaks, daily streaks, and the date of your most recent learning activity.

This learning information remains in local app or browser storage. FretMaster does not transmit it to Fixsure LLC or share it with third parties.

Information we do not collect through the app

The current version of FretMaster does not collect personal identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, audio, advertising identifiers, or financial information. It does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or user-tracking services.

Your choices and data deletion

You can erase locally stored learning information by using FretMaster’s reset-progress feature. Uninstalling the app, clearing the app’s storage, or clearing the website storage used by the web version may also remove locally stored progress. Because this information is not sent to us, we cannot retrieve it or delete it remotely.

Website information

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace may process technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, cookies, and server logs to deliver, secure, and operate the website. Squarespace’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policies and settings.

If you contact us using the Support page, we will use the information you provide only to respond to your request and maintain necessary support records.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell personal information. The FretMaster app does not transmit learning-progress information to us, so we do not share that information. Website service providers may process limited technical information when necessary to host, secure, or operate the website. We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and safety.

Children’s privacy

FretMaster is a general-audience educational application. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our website support channels, please contact us so we can address the request.
